Our Approach to Disputes
We thoroughly document every order, including payment verification, fulfillment records, shipping confirmations, and delivery tracking. If a chargeback or dispute is filed, we will submit complete evidence to your card issuer for every single case.
We take fraud seriously. Every dispute is reviewed individually and responded to with full documentation. Filing a chargeback on a legitimate order that has been shipped or delivered may result in the dispute being reversed by your bank after their review of the evidence we provide.
